Trefethen

A Napa Valley staple - you have to check this place out on one of your next Napa jaunts. While a larger winery, they still make some amazing stuff. And, the large, antique-y farmhouse makes for a super authentic and old school California tasting experience.

The line-up was impressive. We tried such a wide range of wines! And some really interesting ones too. While we did not part with it, the Dragon’s Tooth was super interesting and just smacked you 30 times across the face. Holy Tannins Batman!

We ultimately parted with a bottle of the Quandary. This was a real mouth sweater with tons of tropical fruit and such a pleasant guava finish.
